Yoti ID Checker account deletion

We’re sorry to hear that you want to close your account with Yoti Digital ID Connect ID Checker (the “ID Checker”). 

To remove your information from our systems you must delete your user account in the ID Checker itself. Go to https://scan.digitalidconnect.com/ and login to your account. Once logged in, click your profile icon and select ‘Profile’. In the Profile screen, select ‘Delete account’. Follow the instructions and your account will be deleted.

Deleting your account will permanently erase all your account information – email and password – and you will not be able to recover it. 

Information regarding any checks completed by you on your ID Checker account will remain in our system associated with a user ID number that can no longer be tracked to your account information (e.g., User ID 123).
